U.S. EPA settles with Hopi Tribe for Safe Drinking Water Act violations

TUBA CITY, Ariz. – The Hopi Tribe has agreed to pay a $3,800 penalty for failing to meet the terms of a 2016 agreement to reduce arsenic levels in drinking water at the Hopi Cultural Center.
